Lummi Island Realty (LIR) is boutique realty firm based in the San Juan Islands of Western Washington. Established in 2003, Lummi Island Realty is an islander-owned and operated full-service real estate firm specializing in island-living and Lummi Island properties.
Lummi Island Realty reached out to us because their brand look and feel was in desperate need of a refresh. Their website was outdated, not mobile-responsive, hard to navigate, and very text-heavy. Their branding materials lacked consistency, and their messaging no longer appealed to their expanding client base.
We kept the illustrative style of their branding but modernized it for a cleaner, more contemporary look that visually represented their brand values and vision. Much, if not most, of Lummi Island Realty branding is place-based. We drew inspiration and colors from the natural landscape, and we chose fonts that flow organically, modeling after the ocean and beautiful flora and fauna found on and around the island. The outcome is a classic, clean, and contemporary brand that showcases the beauty of the island lifestyle and landscape.
