Arbitration and Mediation Branding for a Manhattan Firm
Gupta Dispute Resolutions (GDR) is a Manhattan-based mediation and arbitration firm that offers alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services to small, mid-sized, and large corporations. We worked with GDR’s founder, Rachel Gupta, to create a brand look and feel that is experienced, diplomatic, and trustworthy.
From the brand identity to logo and the website, we built a brand that is professional, personable, and respectful; it was important to GDR that the brand evokes a sense of compassion and humanity to ensure people feel taken care of even during a time of duress and frustration. For the logo, we developed a design using a pair of Gs, back to back, to show conflict (like a dual) and then joined them together in the middle to illustrate the resolution.
The result is a brand that gives clients hope that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and that they won’t be at an impasse for long.
