Important Things to Note About Our Projects

• Logo includes 1-3 concepts from which to choose.

• Each graphic element includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond 3 will be billed at our hourly rate.

• All copy written includes up to 3 rounds of revisions in a first, second, and final draft. Additional revisions beyond 3 will be billed at our hourly rate. We use Google Docs to manage our collaborative revision process.

• Printing is not included for any items listed. Printing can be handled by L&F and prices are available upon request.

• Website maintenance and updates are not included in any of our web design packages. Web maintenance and continued support are offered at a monthly service or upon request at our hourly rate.

• The Look & The Feel retains the rights to reproduce, publish and display the deliverables in our portfolio, websites, and any graphic design publications or other media for the purpose of recognition of creative excellence or professional advancement.

• Email support is within our office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST). We typically reply within 2 business days.
